Our polypropylene nonwoven fabric is available in two weights. The standard version has a weight of 60 grams. The premium version has a weight of 90 grams per square meter.
Both fabrics are characterized by high raw density, exceptional tear resistance, low absorbency, and therefore low paint consumption. Manufactured in a width of 1.5 meters and a length of 100 meters, this fabric convinces with its quick usability.
Whether using our choreography paint, fabric paint or fabric spray paint – the applied color quickly and completely covers the textile. Drying takes place within one hour. This makes our nonwoven fabric ideal for banners or large block flags. Its excellent sewing properties further enhance durability and reliability.
The difference between the two fabric types lies primarily in the weight. The slightly thicker premium fabric also offers higher absorbency and greater durability.
An additional feature is the ability to glue the fabric panels into large block flags. The edges have been specially treated to increase adhesion and allow the special adhesives to fuse together.
Two special adhesives are available.
The first method uses double-sided textile tape applied to one edge of the fabric, while the second side is overlapped. This creates a white seam which becomes invisible after overpainting. One tape roll is 50 mm wide and 25 meters long. Four rolls are needed per 100 meters.
In the second method, fabric panels are laid side by side and connected with a 7.5 cm wide, extra strong transparent tape. This avoids the white seam.
Both tapes feature extra strong textile adhesion and blend seamlessly with the fabric.
