The block banners in digital print are made with our FlagTex polyester in weights of 70 or 110 grams/m². The material stands out for its excellent processing, strong tear resistance, identical slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface structure. Additionally, the fabrics are weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The 70 grams/m² variant, despite its lighter weight, has a higher raw density. This enhances the print quality. The low weight allows the block banner to glide over the audience like a light sail.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are capable of reproducing any color values, photos, and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is done in the CMYK process and is applied unilaterally to the fabric through textile direct printing. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. It is fixed onto the fabric at approximately 180 degrees after application. The print on the back is consequently mirrored, and the coloration is nearly identical. The printing width of our machines, and thus seamless production, is 310 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color-matched seam is added. A wide range of finishing options complements the product.
The FlagTex polyester fabric is manufactured with the property of flame retardancy according to EN 13501-1. This is the European successor standard to the German DIN 4102-B1.
